When you use AI extraction features (Pro/Business plans), your contract documents are processed by OpenAI's GPT-4 models:
- Documents are sent to OpenAI solely for metadata extraction
- OpenAI does not use your data to train their models (as per their API terms)
- All data transmission is encrypted
- You can disable AI extraction at any time
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
